Their was a small electrical fire on the first floor and had conciderable smoke in the lobby. Half dressed, hair on end, no make up, no bras, and NO COFFEE! LOL!Īfter a short time, the staff ushered us into the closed buffet area and opened up the coffee area for everyone. We all evacuated downstairs, only to find a helpful staff to guide everyone outside. Now for what I think is the most important part of the customer service.Īt 6:04am, the fire alarm went off! We were all confused at first, but quickly understood what was happening. We enjoyed dinner at the little bar restaurant & enjoyed a night of gaming. They entire room was modern and looked brand new. Huge living room, wet bar area, 2 very large bathrooms (jacuzzi tub in master), king sized bed was very new and comfy. We have stayed in 'High end' suites all over the world.and this rivaled any of them. I was happy with the check in process and the bell staff was very polite and prompt. I had reserved one of the larger suites for us. We arrived for a little 'Get away' for my wife and I.
